Fund Withdrawal

We will notify your organization once you have received a donation through our platform. To withdraw the funds, you must first create an account for your organization.

Once you’ve logged in, you will notice the not withdrawn button next to the donations allocated to your organization. Select “Not Withdrawn.” To withdraw funds, you must click this button.

After the request is successfully processed, the button will turn green and the message will be converted to say “Withdrawn.”

If you have multiple deposits awaiting withdrawal these transactions will be batched together. And we will execute all the transaction via a single withdraw call.

If you have never withdrawn funds from our system, you will be required to authorize your organization’s bank account to set-up direct deposit. To do this, you enter your bank credentials and all the requisite information is automatically shared with us: the name on the account, the routing number, the account number, and the type of account. With this information, we are able to verify that we have the correct information (free from unintentional user error and account fraud). Moreover, it proves to us that the person providing the information and authorizing the direct deposit is indeed authorized to be doing so for your organization.

For this process, we currently support: Bank of America, Capital One, Charles Schwab, Chase, Citi, Fidelity, Navy Federal, PNC, SunTrust, TD Bank, U.S. Bank, USAA, and Wells Fargo.

Funds should arrive in your bank account via direct deposit within 2 – 3 business days.

If your bank is not currently supported we will work with you on a different methodology.

After linking your account the first time, you will no longer need to provide bank account ID and password to withdraw money each time. You will only need to click on the “Not Withdrawn” to execute the action.

Thank you messages

You do not need to and should not send a receipt to any individual that gives to you through Catapultian. The donor for all transactions to you via Catapultian is Catapultian Foundation. We independently handle the issuing of receipts for tax purposes to individual donors.

You may, and we highly recommend that you do, send a thank you letter to any individual that requests Catapultian Foundation send your organization funds by click on the yellow message “Not Yet Sent” button. This is true even the individual has not shared with you his or her receipt.

After clicking this, you will be brought to a modal message window.

To send this message, click the blue send message.

After the message has been successfully sent, your “Not Yet Sent” message button will turn green and say “View.” Clicking the “View” button will allow you to see any thank you message you sent previously.

Viewing Transactions

You may view your transaction in your dashboard. Your transaction history is the landing page upon logging in, and it may be navigated to by clicking “Transaction History” from the dropdown menu in the top right corner.

This database is searchable, and sortable. You may sort transactions by: ID, date, donor, donor message, amount, processing fee, funds available, withdraw and thank you message in ascending and descending order by clicking on the 2 way arrows beside the respective header.

You may select the number of records you want to see in a page by selecting from the display record dropdown menu.

You may copy or export your transaction history (in .pdf, .csv, or .xlsx formats) by clicking the Export button.

You may see the address, contact number and email address of Catapultian by clicking on More info button in left panel. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
