The security of our users, our users’ data, and our system as a whole is our highest priority. We strictly adhere to the following industry-standard security protocols.
Access to servers and infrastructure is logged and audited regularly with immediate alerts for changes in access patterns or file modifications. Strict control of inbound and outbound access is applied at all levels of the network. All infrastructure is scanned and patched regularly to reduce the risk of known vulnerabilities.
Catapultian only allows traffic using strong TLS protocols and ciphers.
All financial transactions processed on Catapultian’s platform utilize Stripe. Stripe maintains one of the most advanced payment processing infrastructure in the world. You may read Stripe’s full statement regarding security here.
You may not use funds in your Catapultian account to make a contribution that will provide you the donor, someone related to you, or any other third party with “more than incidental benefits.”
For example, a charitable fundraising event where a portion of the ticket price covers the cost of dinner and is therefore not completely tax-deductible.
