Raphael is CFO/CSO of CircleLink Health, a digital health startup using mobile technology to improve health and reduce complications for patients with chronic conditions. Raphael also is an angel investor with experience investing in and working for start-ups such as Savored (acquired by Groupon), YourMechanic, African Courier Express and DateMySchool. Prior to CircleLink Health, Raphael was an investment banker at Lazard where he focused on raising capital for growth stage companies, closing 20+ transactions totaling over $500 million. Raphael also spent four years developing algorithmic trading applications at Jump Trading, a proprietary trading firm. Raphael holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in engineering from Northwestern University.
Kam is the Executive Director of Camphill Hudson, Inc., the first urban Camphill venture in the United States, and has worked with Camphill communities (an association of mostly rural residential communities for and with people with developmental disabilities) for 17 years both in Europe and the United States. Kam also sits on the board of the Camphill Village Copake Foundation, and served on the board of Camphill Village USA. Kam graduated from Georgetown University.
Max is Co-Founder of Catapultian. Through his work with Catapultian Advisors, Max has assisted nonprofits throughout New York State with planning and marketing mission-supporting, financially self-sustaining ventures. Prior to joining Catapultian, Max worked at Epic Systems in software implementation project management. While at Epic, Max was responsible for software system overhauls at major hospitals across the country.
William is the co-founder of Plaid Technologies, a Spark Capital and Google Ventures backed company headquartered in San Francisco. Prior to Plaid, William worked at Bain & Company. William graduated from Emory University with a degree in Computer Science and Business.
Gary is a lawyer practicing in New York City for the last 36 years. Presently he is a partner in the firm of Kantor, Davidoff, Mandelker, Twomey & Gallanty. Gary graduated from SUNY at Oswego (1974) and Harvard Law School (1977). He has completed government service that includes serving as clerk to Hon. Judith Kaye of the New York Court of Appeals. Gary and his wife, Frances Mei Soo Woo, reside in Pennsylvania. They have three children.
Joe has been a management consultant for agencies within New York serving persons with disabilities since 1988. He assists executive staff and board of directors with planning initiatives, revenue maximization projects, organizational studies, and training of management staff and board members. Prior to establishing his consulting practice he held the position of Associate Executive Director of the NYS Association of Retarded Children Inc. and various management positions in policy development for the NYS Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
Josh is Co-Founder of Catapultian. Through his work with Catapultian Advisors, Josh has helped nonprofits throughout New York State with the development of mission-supporting, financially self-sustaining ventures. Prior to joining Catapultian, Josh worked at Lazard Frères in its Corporate Finance Group. While at Lazard Frères Josh was involved with transactions raising over $4.3bn of capital for clients in a wide array of industries including aerospace & defense, consumer, industrials, power & energy, and technology.
